Michael Weiskirch, Principal and Founder
Michael experience with HR and benefits software began in 1999 at OnlineBenefits a leading solution for benefits technology. In 2001 Michael played an integral role in the launching of Benergy, a breakthrough HR portal technology for benefits and HR. Following OnlineBenefits Michael served as Vice President of National Partnerships for A.D.A.M. a leading provider of HR solutions and health content. And later, as Vice President of Strategic Alliances at EBIX, a leading end-to-end software provider to the insurance industry where he built partnerships across EBIX’s Health’s software platforms with payers, solution providers and advisors. Michael’s firm, EmployeeTech, is the developer of HealthCostManager, a stand-alone ACA reporting solution utilized by nearly 2000 companies for 1094/95 forms and electronic filing with the IRS. He is frequent speaker the author on benefits and HR technology issues including two recently published articles “A Framework for a Private Exchange” and “ACA’s new Math”. He holds a BS in Marketing from Indiana University Kelley School of Business.
