Human Resources Management System (HRMS) is the core HR platform that manages a variety of process and workflows from a single data base across the lifecycle of an employee, from recruitment to outplacement. HRMS may incorporate a payroll system or integrate with an outside source. More recently smaller employers have adopted HRMS solutions as new pricing models and technology make these systems more accessible. Moreover, employers have been migrating to Cloud-Based or SAAS (software as a service) models which further reduce implementation costs and deployment time.
