IRS Releases ACA Draft Forms for 2019
Normally the IRS releases their draft forms in the July August time frame and follows through with the approved version sometime in early fall. For the first time the IRS has delayed the release of the draft forms for about three months leading to speculation on possible significant changes to the form structure or delivery process. On November 13th The IRS finally releases draft ACA (1094/95 B & C) Forms for 2019. After review it appears that there are no changes to either form.
